What Every Medical Spa Website Actually Needs

Your website has one job

Turn a curious stranger into a booked consultation. Everything that does not serve that job is decoration.

The five things that must be visible instantly

• What you do and where you are
• A booking button, above the fold, on mobile
• Prices or price ranges
• Proof — reviews and real results
• A human face, ideally yours

One page per treatment

Not a services list. Each treatment gets its own page: what it is, who it suits, who it doesn't, cost, downtime, aftercare, FAQs. This is how you rank, and how you answer a nervous patient at 11pm without picking up the phone.

Speed is a conversion feature

Most of your visitors are on a phone with average signal. Every extra second of loading loses a measurable share of them. Compress your images before you upload them.

Publish your prices

Hiding them feels strategic and reads as suspicious. Ranges are enough: “from £X”. It filters out bargain hunters and pre-qualifies everyone else.

What to cut

Stock photos of strangers. Auto-playing music. Long “about us” essays. Anything that stands between the patient and the booking button.
