Valentine's & Mother's Day Campaigns for MedSpas
These are gifting seasons, not treatment seasons
The person buying is often not the person being treated. That single fact should reshape everything you post.
Market to the buyer, not the patient
The nervous partner. The adult child. They do not know your treatment menu and do not want to choose a needle for someone else. Give them a safe, obvious, thoughtful option.
Gift cards are the product
Not a specific treatment — a value the recipient can spend how they like. Nobody wants to be gifted a wrinkle correction they did not ask for. A gift card says “I thought you might enjoy this”; a booked Botox appointment says something else entirely.
Package it as an experience
Facial plus product. Skin consultation plus a treatment credit. Mother-and-daughter appointments. The gifting market buys occasions, not units.
Presentation matters more than usual
A beautifully designed digital gift card, delivered instantly, is the difference between a purchase on the 13th and no purchase at all. Half of gifting revenue arrives in the final 48 hours — make late buying easy.
The tone line
Never imply the recipient needs fixing. Every caption should read as care, not correction. Get this wrong and the backlash is fast and public.
