Google Business Profile Tips for MedSpas
Your most valuable page isn't on your website
For a local clinic, the Google Business Profile outperforms the homepage. It is where people see your reviews, photos, hours, and booking link before they ever click through.
Complete it obsessively
Every empty field is a small ranking penalty and a large trust penalty. Categories, services, attributes, hours, holiday hours, booking link, description — fill them all.
Post photos weekly
Treatment rooms, results (with consent), the team, the product shelf. Fresh photos correlate strongly with clicks, and clicks feed rank. Fifteen minutes a week is enough.
Use Google Posts
Almost no clinic does this, which is exactly why it works. Publish your monthly offer, a new treatment, an availability update. It appears directly in search results.
Answer the Q&A section
You can ask and answer questions on your own profile. Seed it with the ten questions you get most: prices, pain, downtime, parking. This is free real estate most competitors ignore.
Reply to every review
Thank the good ones by name. Respond to the bad ones calmly, publicly, and without excuses — prospective patients read your replies far more carefully than the complaints.
