Best Keywords for MedSpa Websites
Three keyword types, three jobs
Stop chasing volume. Chase intent.
1. Money keywords (they are ready to book)
“[Treatment] + [city]”. “Best medspa near me.” “Botox prices [city].” Low volume, extremely high intent. These belong on your treatment pages and in your Google Business Profile.
2. Research keywords (they are deciding)
“Does lip filler hurt?” “How long does Botox last?” “Microneedling vs. chemical peel.” These belong on your blog. They bring people who will book in two to eight weeks — if you are the one who answered them.
3. Problem keywords (they don't know the solution yet)
“How to fix acne scars.” “Why is my skin dull?” “Loose skin after weight loss.” Highest volume, lowest competition, longest path to booking — but they build the topical authority that lifts everything else.
How to find yours
Read your own DMs. Read the questions section on RealSelf. Type your treatment into Google and scroll to “People also ask.” Those are your keywords, handed to you free.
Where to put them
Page title, one heading, the first hundred words, and the image alt text. Then stop. Repetition beyond that is the fastest way to look spammy.
